The Rancho Verde High School Dance Team


The Rancho Verde High School Dance Team proudly represents our school by providing entertainment at sporting events, pep rallies, assemblies, recitals, competitions, and/or any other performances in the community in a positive manner. We promote and uphold school spirit, encourage leadership qualities and develop social skills as team members. The RVHS Dance Team also provides opportunities to develop and increase self-confidence and self- esteem, increase technical and performance ability as a dancer, and promote consistent academic performance. RVHS Dance Team members understand and accept that being a part of this group is both a privilege and a responsibility.

The Rancho Verde High School Dance Team is comprised of the following Squads:

Art Club

Hermanos Unidos

Hermanos Unidos’s purpose is to create a community for students to explore Latino and Hispanic cultures, help further one’s education, become role models, and help navigate leadership skills. We strive to find students’ potential, most importantly in their high school years so they are prepared for higher education and life. We provide community service opportunities in order for students to have a sense of leadership and social interactions.

Club meetings are Monday and Friday after school in room 510.
Membership is open to all who attend meetings.

Preamble:

We the students of Rancho Verde High School would like to establish an engineering club in order to improve our basic skills and understanding of engineering.

Officers:

Each office will be held for a whole school year. All officers must be here at least once a week in order to not get elected out of leadership by other officers and must show interest in the club.

Officers are elected based on prior experience with the position and will have to give a speech on why they would like to be given that position as well as be interviewed by other officers. They would then be elected by other members of the club during the beginning of the year and will be in office for the remainder of the year.

Amendments:

  1. Try to attend all meetings
  2. Must participate in projects
  3. Don't disrespect other club members
  4. Use materials and tools properly
  5. Stay on task
